The heating mode of TFDX freeze-drying equipment is electric heat exchange type. When heating up, the water in the heating tank is heated by the electric heating rod, and the hot water is sent to the heating plate by the pump; When cooling down, the electric heating rod is closed, and the water in the heating pipe is cooled by the air-cooled condenser.
The TFDX freeze-drying bin is a horizontal cylinder, and the freeze-drying bin body is made of carbon steel Q235-A and stainless steel SUs304. The surface of the carbon steel bin body is sprayed with imported ship drinking water paint, the surface of the stainless steel bin body is polished, and the external surface of the freeze-dried warehouse is insulated with rubber and plastic sponge.
TFDX heating plate is made of plate fin heat exchanger by anodic oxidation. Inside is heating wire and magnesium oxide filler, resistance value changes little with temperature, uniform heating, high radiation efficiency.
There are two kinds of material pallets: welding molding and one-time stamping molding, both made of edible aluminum alloy, surface anodizing treatment, non-stick tray, tray in and out of the bin for manual delivery.
