Mesh belt freezers represent a highly efficient method of placing products on a conveyor belt to achieve superior heat dissipation and rapid freezing through high-pressure air blowing. As a versatile category of IQF equipment, these systems can be configured as single, double, or multi-layer mesh belts, as well as impact and ultra-low temperature models. It is mainly used for quick freezing of conditioning food (dumplings, rice dumpling, steamed stuffed buns), aquatic products, meat, poultry products.
